Foxcote with Shoscombe Legacies

We have received three legacies in the last twenty years one of which was non specific and used to bolster reserve funds. The other two came with instructions and are described below.

THE ETHEL TULLET FUND was given by Ethel for the maintenance of Foxcote St James the Less Church which she loved and cherished in her lifetime. The"Restricted" Fund is held in a Church of England CBF deposit account.

THE ALISON COLES ENDOWMENT FUND forms part of the bequest of Alison invested in a fund managed by the CBF of the Church of England, the dividend is paid into the PCC General Fund and is used at the combined discretion of the Churchwardens and Rector. Alison also provided the finance for a new Organ, in her memory, at Foxcote, with a small residue fund for its maintenance.
